			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hate to admit it, but 1984.  It is a Lotto ticket, it is like a business card stock w/color logos with numbers (not a QP) in purple ribbon ink that is still perfectly readable the governers name is on there as well as the chairman of the lottery and the director&#x27;s signatures and logos The Numbers Game, tha md. state lottery, and LOTTO. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Justxploring<br /><br />I&#x27;ve seen tickets in trash cans, but I never checked them out. Personally I keep tickets for 6 months to a year in a shoebox.  Then I dump them.  They&#x27;re only good for 180 days months from the date of the drawing anyway.<br /><br />You should keep them for the tax uyear just in case you win anything reportable.
