You can send a PM without a member being online. As far as I know there are no restrictions on sending PM's depending on member status. If the inbox is full or you are blocked, you can't send a PM.

To find out who's online click on Resources on the blue menu bar on top and select Who's online .

Go up to the blue toolbar at the top of the page. Click resources and in the drag down menu click who's online and it will tell you who is logged into lottery post at this time.-weshar75

I never had any problems as a standard member replying to a private message, that must be a recent change.

I'm trying to return a private message to Member (Guesser).

I,m a Standard User and when I try to reply, It tell me im not a Platium user.
