Don't know if the 239x was for the first group of numbers or the second - I will assume the first and there was no hit. If it was for the last, the mirror of 2 came - as 7379.

Going to see how this works with pick 4.. Need testers..

List last two pick 4...

Do a backtest.. Don't give state.. just go back in Month of January and give two numbers.. and let's see if this Bucket brings on a winner within a week of those numbers..
