			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey diva060.......The way I find the V-trac is with this chart:<br /><br />1=0. 5  (the first column is the V-trac, to the right the lottery numbers)<br /><br />2=1, 6<br /><br />3=2, 7<br /><br />4=3, 8<br /><br />5=4, 9<br /><br />That&#x27;s about all I understand about it......There are many that use them with success from what I understand though.  There are lessons on the Post too, but I couldn&#x27;t understand how to use them.
