The Labor Day raffle didn't sell out until 2 days before the draw but I don't think this one will make the drawing deadline. It may be because the Mega Million jackpot was so high when the tickets first went on sale or maybe Ohioans are not into raffles. Simliar raffles in Florida and Michigan sold out in less than a week.

I was listening to the radio and the lottery is practically begging people to play every hour on the hour.

I believe they discontinued Super Lotto Plus because sales dropped when they joined Mega Millions. Lot O' Play was a different type of game they hoped would appeal to the Bingo instant scratch-off players and it even had the instant win feature. $2 online tickets have never worked in Ohio so they had to come up with something else.

Classic Lotto's jackpot is a 30 year annuity so it's hard to say if it will ever take off because it still has to compete with Rolling Cash 5 and the Midday draws.... [ More ]

I posted 13 lines on the prediction board for that drawing and played them too and I matched 3 also which surprised me because I avoid having three consecutive numbers in any of my combinations.

First post

I know Stack 47! Five consecutive numbers threw me there. I bought one ticket the other day and really didnt look at the numbers but I checked today and I actually got 3 of 6. Crazy

Hey am I the only one here that hopes the new Classic Lotto kinda gets up there in terms of the Jackpot say around 20-25 mil (even more) on a consistent basis? I didn't like the old Lot O' Play I never seen the jackpot over 2.5 mil. I am a huge Mega Million fan and a fan of huge Jackpots in gene... [ More ]

Looks like I'm going to need a little more history before picking numbers for this game, for a minimum, I prefer that every number in the pool has hit 3 times.

Have anyone else noticed that since the start of the new Ohio 649 game Classic Lotto, that three or more of the winning numbers have been from the top 25 numbers 100% of the time and that 75% of all the winning numbers have been in that group also?

This group has included all six winning numbers 14% of the time and five of the the winning numbers 41% of the time. When all six winning numbers are in a group this size rather than a group of 49, the odds of winning are reduced for 1:13,983,816
