I am a newbie, but eager to learn. I don't understand where you got the numbers in this post. I went back and read the post you linked. VERY INTERESTING! I am in NC and will be working the numbers to find a pattern. When I decide to go with a pattern, how do I choose the NUMBERS in which to follow the pattern? Do you use numbers that win the most, or numbers that are due, etc.?

Am I making any sense at all

It can be used with any state..

I have used it with GA to help out my traveling friends..

I have a whole post on how it works.. This post is for a work out for each state..

Take your state's last drawing..Do as I did for Tn.. and we will continue on...
