			<description><![CDATA[<p>I actually like, nay I love, games with low top prizes because they, typically, put all of the prize pool into prizes that are winnable. However, I have no idea how winnable DE&#x27;s tickets are becuase they don&#x27;t list the odds, which is beyond bogus.</p>]]></description>
