My favorite place Harrah's in Laughlin, NV is not listed. There I have never lost on Keno by just playing 2 numbers.

Ontario Canada is a daily 20 for 70 game and your best chance is to go for the small prizes as well

I have played Keno in New York (QuickDraw), Maryland, DC, and West Virginia, and in each of those states, the best odds to win any prize are on a 4 spot game. I believe the odds are 1:3.8 or so. If you are looking for the best chance of winning, buy more 4 spot tickets. Worst odds in said states are typically 2 spot games at 1:16.3 or so.
