I went for a week one time without checking my powerball tickets. I had won $35. Pretty good considering I only played 5 dollars worth or something like that. Apparently, I can't remember squat after drinking a bottle of wine.

I'm a Mega Mill player and I wait til the next day (no longer than two) because if I fould out right before I went to sleep that I had lost I would be a lil dissapointed lol. So I rather wake up the next day and check out the local news because no matter if the jackpot is 15 or 150 million if someone takes the cake in your town it may not go nation wide but it would be all over your local news stations.

Sometimes I watch it on it TV, but most of the time I check them online 20 minutes after the draw.

I check my tickets late at night if I'm awake, or wait till the following morning. I want to know if I'm a winner or not.

I check them as soon as the information is available. If I need to go to bed earlier than the time when the results are displayed, I usually check them online in the morning, but always within a day or 2.

takes me 20 minutes TOPS! usualy i am waiting 5 minutes after the draw with my ticket ready to see if i won.

maybe 2 days is the longest by accident but normally i do what gasmeterguy does and write them down as i watch the balls fall down and then check them.

I will usually wait for at least 15 seconds after the draw.

It takes me that long to reach for the tickets after I have written down the results.

Me, about 1.5 months purposely. Don't ask me why lol. I guess I just wanted to believe I had the winning tickets in my wallet (in a fun, what if way)!

I know a guy that only checks his tickets twice a year! We were on our way to work and he wanted to stop and get some MM tickets and he added them to this HUGE knot of lottery tickets.
