RAFFLE WITH FOUR TOP PRIZES OF $1 MILLION DOLLARS APPROVED

RALEIGH- The North Carolina Education Lottery Commission (NCEL) today

gave approval to the NCEL to introduce a raffle game in North Carolina.

The proposed game will have four top prizes of $1 million as well as

many other prizes. The odds of winning $1 million will be 1 in 125,000.

This will be our first raffle, but if successful, it will not be the
