			<description><![CDATA[<p>People who rent would think that is the case, which is why many renters complain when they see their rent increase the next year.<br /><br />FYI: If I had purchased my home 10 years ago, I would have paid about $120,000 for it; today, the same houses in my neighborhood are selling for $260,000 - $300,000.  If you drive a car, you would know that you could have bought a gallon of premium unleaded gas 10 years ago for about $1.00; today that same blend of gas is selling for over $3.00, even $4.00 out west... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/154366/811936">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

Way to go BD; I&#x27;ll be joining you in the pursuit to becoming a billionaire whether I win a huge jackpot or not.  I remember I read an earlier story on Brad and the journalist clearly showed the wrong bias when he used the word  spend ; Brad Duke is clearly focused on investing, not spending his lottery winnings.
