People who rent would think that is the case, which is why many renters complain when they see their rent increase the next year.

FYI: If I had purchased my home 10 years ago, I would have paid about $120,000 for it; today, the same houses in my neighborhood are selling for $260,000 - $300,000. If you drive a car, you would know that you could have bought a gallon of premium unleaded gas 10 years ago for about $1.00; today that same blend of gas is selling for over $3.00, even $4.00 out west... I used to think that a private jet cost the same as it did 10 years ago, same thing with a home..

Yes Brad Duke is back in the news...for a good reason. Way to go BD; I'll be joining you in the pursuit to becoming a billionaire whether I win a huge jackpot or not. I remember I read an earlier story on Brad and the journalist clearly showed the wrong bias when he used the word spend ; Brad Duke is clearly focused on investing, not spending his lottery winnings.
