then from excel click on the DATA menu item. Scroll down and click

Get External Data ... then on the sub-menu that opens up, choose Import Text File . This brings up the Import Text File dialog box, click the desktop icon on the Left side and find your file

It will show it all as one cell. On the Original Data Type box,choose the Delimited radio button ( Fixed Width is default) and click... [ More ]
