			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually I am basing  my obervations on Ontario Keno (20/70) ..Definitely<br /><br />for Ontario Keno that average is correct, ofcourse some digits are missed, but they usually make up for it<br /><br />within a 10 day period.<br /><br />Btw..I play Ont Keno 4 #s     mostly ( pays $100 @$1 wager)<br /><br />Some weeks I have gotten 4/4   8 times using this approach !<br /><br />One day recently I had 6 lines correct - one draw</p>]]></description>

Count/tabulate  the last digit of  winning numbers.<br /><br />By last digit I mean:<br /><br />1=1<br /><br />21=1<br /><br />33=3<br /><br />45=5<br /><br />10=0<br /><br />20=0 etc<br /><br />Now, for your lottery you will find the average for each digit is x2per draw per digit<br /><br />Here is the important part.
