			<description><![CDATA[<p>Where do you purchase your scratchers at Pvt, Public, or Machines?<br /><br />I try to mix them up myself, but today i noticed some thing at a privatly own store.<br /><br />I purchased a few tickets 2 10&#x27;s and 0ne 5, I noticed that the ticket no# was 000 and I said to myself how can this be when the sales person pull it from a used book half way gone called my local lottery office and the man said that should of never happend.
