			<description><![CDATA[<p>You will laught at me - most do - but it&#x27;s a combination of all of the above.<br /><br />From your list, you have to apply each of your choices to one, maybe 2 of the positions (5 WB = 5 positions).<br /><br />What I mean is, you cannot load up on just numbers that have not hit in forever (out frequency), same goes for hot/cold, and everything else. Which one do you consider the absolute most important and why?<br /><br />Im sure that most people take them all into consideration before making their selections, but which one do you put above all others?<br /><br />Almost all observable events (i.e. sums, vtracs, pairs, repeats, digits, etc.) are decided upon by those factors, are there any other factors/statistics that you can think of</p>]]></description>
