			<description><![CDATA[<p>Enough to generate billions of dollars for the states, maybe trillions for the world.  So my guess would be somewhere between 10 million and 150 million in the US. and up to a billion around the world.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That would probably be impossible to get an accurate number on.<br /><br />Some people play $1 a drawing, some play $100.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t see how it could be narrowed down any further than which store sold how many tickets.<br /><br />Granted, there are surveillance cameras, but maybe the person playing $100 is playing for a number of people, and unless they hit the jackpot that number would be unknown.<br /><br />Kind of like saying the Dodgers drew 3,000,000 attendance last year, but how many people bought tickets... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/157294/844555">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>is there any statistic that a state can show how many people in a state actually play the state lottery? for instance the state of New Jersey has about 9 million people can they tell you what percentage of the 9 million are lottery ticket buyers ? there are so many lottery clubs and forums you would figure that there is some statistic out there.</p>]]></description>
