			<description><![CDATA[<p>Somewhere around 86th and Lex. If you can&#x27;t find you can always go to Brooklyn or the Bronx. Every other deli and bodega is a lotto station.<br /><br />Many places that otherewise sell tickets do not want QD --because it attracts the real sick gamblers--who stay until their last dime is spent chasing a mirage. Then they do no otherwise patronize the establishment, create crowding problems--etc</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a favor to ask....does anybody know where to play quick draw uptown on the east side?? Or anywhere in Manhattan??  I know there has to be places, but they are impossible to find unless you happen to see it, the ny lottery website doesn&#x27;t list any locations...it is strange.<br /><br />The place near me shut down a long time ago and OTB doesn&#x27;t have it.<br /><br />Thanks for your help.</p>]]></description>
