			<description><![CDATA[<p>In North Carolina when I need to hit real bad I look for numbers that other members are predicating. Whenever I play a number that not many other members are predicating it to fall, it never does. One method I wish I could start up would be the   Help A Friend Win Pick 3 . You make a simple request to all members to post that number for that state for it to fall for that drawing.
