			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hot Lotto and Powerball are drawn on the same night.  That&#x27;s no good.  Hot Lotto is really just powerball&#x27;s younger brother.  Tennessee&#x27;s best bet would join the Win For Life game that&#x27;s offered in Georgia, Virginia, and Kentucky.   But oh wait, I forgot that they use the honest draw technique.  Lord knows we can&#x27;t do that anymore</p>]]></description>
