Hello there gcheak, in the beginning of this post I said that I took the 5 draws from 09/30-10/04 (5 days). At the time I waited until the draws accumulated during that time then I posted the draws.

This time around I posted draws from 11/01-11/05 as they happened. I called that particular time frame the setup phase . The time, the 5 day period in which it took to assemble the 5 draws for each state NC OK.

New Mexico is single handedly distributing hits as well. All states will distribute hits, however you want to look at states that primarily distribute hits multiple times per day using a small pool of #s.
