			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is very easy to speak of luck - bad luck, good luck, extraordinary luck or no luck at all.  I believe it is not the event but how you interpret it.  Yes, I&#x27;ve sprained an ankle in my time (my sympathies in your misery jxp)- lesson learned was to slow down and that each step is important.  The sprain that came in darkness and one which I could not possibly have prevented made me realize that I may think I&#x27;m in control, but I&#x27;m not.
