A guy walked into a store here in Norfolk about that time and asked if the machine was working, it was the clerk said. He told the clerk it was down everywhere he had been . I guess it must have come on around that time. I got my numbers in. Didnt win but was able to play it.

I heard the Virginia Lotttery is down everywhere. Is this true? it is down in Richmond....
