			<description><![CDATA[<p>The idea I have would probably be better described as a playing strategy. There are 45 two digit combinations and I want to wheel 10 unique or balanced combinations that use all 10 digits twice. The results would be 45 boxed pick-4 combos and 10 of them would be doubles. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Because of the $400 and $200 payoffs for betting a buck, I&#x27;ve always thought combining digits into pairs and combining the pairs into 4 digit combinations might be the best way to play.
