New York is definitely odd but for other reasons. :)

Almost all of my systems are based on past results of the state Pick 3 and 4 and it's true occasionally you'll find some weird things happening with the numbers. Once it took 96 days for one number to hit in one row. That's a long time for a single digit to stay out. If the numbers are truly random though then I'd imagine you'll find similar occurrences everywhere else too.

another note is the lack of doubles for the last 2 months.

Oct had 13 Nov only had 9

I know August was a big month for doubles but they are gonna start pop'n again soon as Dec is missing ANY doubles.
