thanks to all of you who wear Red each and every Friday...

A short prayer morning , noon, evening, and night are also welcome and needed.. Wearing Red all day on Friday is a like a 24 hour prayer...

My brother sent me that. He is in IRAQ. He is only 36 years old. Many of times he has been sent back to the states to break the news to families.. He said it has been the hardest thing he has ever done, besides watching a soldier die.

Last week, while traveling to Chicago on business, I noticed a Marine sergeant traveling with a folded flag, but did not put two and two

together.

After we boarded our flight, I turned to the sergeant, who had been invited to sit in First Class (across from me), and inquired if he was heading home.

No, he responded.
