When im doing my workout....i usually do this one first....and then the up 1 and down1.....so my notebook looks like this

hi top23, i was looking in my favorites for it....but anyway...this is the first method i ever used....i learned the other plus 1 from the post....here is my example of the up 3 method

the draw goes in the diagonal....starting at the 7...go up by counting by 3...7+3=10, 10+3=13, 13+3=16.......continuing...6+3=9, 9+3=12, 12+3=15....never carrying the 1.......hope this helps

Does anyone here use what we call at work, the workout ..a tic tac toe tyoe box,where plus 3 is added to each number for the pick three game?it comes up about 40% of the time,but has worked in the last 2 drawings..
