The reason I didn't report it, I only tried to enter about a half-hour before it was scheduled to close so I assumed others had reported it by then. Sounds like my assumptions were wrong.

This issue was reported to me by only one person. The only way I can know that something is not working (unless I happen to stumble upon it) is if someone reports the problem to me. The entire chat session was offline both last night and the previous Sunday simply because nobody told me it wasn't working.

I had the same problem, the screen came up blank and showed an error number.
