			<description><![CDATA[<p>i stand corrected..you are right they dont balance... after close inspection i noticed that the numbers are skewed, some hit a lot and some few very few times and the rest in between...i&#x27;m not tracking anything by calendar i simply pick random numbers in whatever tenths group i think will hit at a particular draw(say for example 0s 10s 20s or 40s and skip #s 30s 50s like it did in the last draw)....there are some real stiffs out there specifically powerballs #4 #7 #33..but of course anyone of th... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/171972/997051">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You are mistaken, it does NOT balance out by the end of the year, I can guarantee it, not even close.<br /><br />Beyond that, if you are &#x27;tracking numbers&#x27; by the calendar year, you will NEVER pick up on any numerical trends, there is only one way to do that, and by a calendar is not it.<br /><br />One of these &#x27;should&#x27; hit soon - 27 OR 28, OR 33 OR 40..</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>i dont see anything unusual with the no shows...it has been 22 draws since beginning of year...since some numbers come out 3 or 4 times that means that a few will not show up...it is just as excpected by stats...but in the long run (end of year) the count will tend to balance out a bit..every game performs like this (with hots and stiffs) not just powerball....now when it comes to RNGs its a slightly different story...In PA daily p4 #1 has not showed up in position 2 for 84 draws..in the nightly... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/171972/996386">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
