			<description><![CDATA[<p>Prize winning tickets $600 and over can have common non-winning three letter codes. The three letter coding is for ticket retailers (who cash in tickets $599 or less). I have seen big winners before (posted in one of the lottery offices) and one of them had the code NVW which is a common non-winning code for tickets.</p>]]></description>
