To BE honest NO but that being said you can back test your state for at least a month and get a feel and an idea of what works, Then you can adjust to what works,Once you see a pattern forming test it somemore,always remember test test test before you play. Good Luck.

No Mirror numbers are what they are just another way to play your number, What you can try is take the number 586 and it's mirror number 031 and wheel both numbers 586031.and you will come up with 20 different numbers to play.

E.g 586 came earlier today, does that mean 031 is on its way
