			<description><![CDATA[<p>A few months ago i downloaded you pirate for pick 3 with no problems, now that california has pick 4 i have been trying to download pirate for pick 4, but have not been able to each time i try and download it tells me that the file is corrupt or invail.<br /><br />I really want to get the pick 4 pirate, so if you can tell me what the problem is i will try and download again.<br /><br />use the pirate for pick 3 all the time.<br /><br />Thanks for you help,<br /><br />Sheba</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another filtering idea I&#x27;ve been working with lately is what I call Dog-Leg patterns. Frequently, a winning pick can be found within the last 30 days of the drawing&#x27;s history in the form of a Dog-Leg pattern. These types of picks have to be played longer term, though. I see the following 4 picks from the list of 12 in the previous post can be found in the history in the form of a Dog-Leg pattern.<br /><br />612, 318, 152, 158</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Okay, when I tested Pick 3 Pirate in Oklahoma for the month of December of last year, the program produced 13 winners out of that month or about a 42% hit ratio.<br /><br />Let&#x27;s see if I can do some filtering and still maintain a decent hit ratio.<br /><br />May 3rd, 2008 - Setting up parameters...<br /><br />For starters, I&#x27;m looking at Oklahoma&#x27;s Pick 3 History for the last couple of weeks and back to back doubles have just been drawn.
