			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are 12 rows and 8 Columns - 96 Numbers. How do we know what days to play a certain number of them. I think most people would be Crazy to play 96 numbers every day. Michigan &#x27;s 3-digit is drawn twice a day. So that would be 96*2= $192 a Day. Ouch.<br /><br />Is there some format on playing these 96 numbers</p>]]></description>
