December 2006 to be a little more precise, but Ohio certainly has had a good number of winners. 2006 was especially a very good year for that state, it had three winners in a row! Including a back to back 270 and 265 million dollar winners.

Ohio has reset their jackpot on their website. It wasn't in Michigan.
