Not sure where in Central Florida you live, but I&#x27;m in the Naples area on the west coast and live about 500 miles (each way) from Hardeeville.<br /><br />Anyway, I&#x27;m just trying to use logic here and my question is this. Florida has a lot of games, including a state lotto with 1 in 23M odds. MM odds are about 1 in 176M. PB odds are about 1 in 146M. Always picking my own numbers, with a QP or 2 throwed in for good measure.<br /><br />But I play Mega Millions maybe 15 % of the time......usually when the jackpot is high. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>We have MegaMillions in Ohio and last year I would drive 115 minutes down the Lincoln highway (Rt30) to New Haven, Indiana for PowerBall tickets when its jackpot was $200M+ and MM jackpot was a lot less.<br /><br />Lately both games have had similar size jackpots so the differences weren&#x27;t worth the drive. Now that gas prices are $4 per gallon, driving that far for lottery tickets is even less attractive. If MM jackpot size isn&#x27;t big enough then I&#x27;ll wait out a couple of drawings and it will be. But with gas the way it is, I can&#x27;t see spending the money on gas for odds of 146 mil to 1. So it&#x27;s MM and the TX lotteries for me right now.<br /><br />Now that I think about it, I have a PB tic that&#x27;s worth 3 whole dollars from the last time I played PB. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I too drive a truck (temporarily) so I buy play advance play draws in IL for MM and NC for PB (can go up to 26 advance plays there). I will also buy advance plays for MM in VA as they also offer 26 advance plays. Then I just buy anywhere from a buck to $20 bucks extra wherever I happen to be when that PB or MM draw is really high. I also will buy advance plays for Florida Lotto, Texas Lotto, and California SuperLotto whenever either I or my brother visits those states on our delivery runs.</p>]]></description>

About a month ago when the PB and MM were well over 100 million, I got up one morning and drove from Central Florida to Hardeville, SC via I-95 to buy PB tickets (plus 10 advance draws). At this point I grabbed something to eat, gased up and hit the mens room.
