			<description><![CDATA[<p>this is Kinda Similiar BA..except one part..if I read your post correctly..it says to eliminate its sisiter pair..that would nt be Balancing..if you start today and go forward and say the middays draw was 12..then you wouldnt eliminate its balance or sister pair which would be 15..becauae 15 is what will be coming..15 Balances the 12 from midday..so we wouldnt eliminate it..we would be on the look out for it..maybe I read your post wrong</p>]]></description>

I think 14 draws helps with one draw states. Had this state had two draws a day, I would only go a week.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>hahaha...I think everyone is confused..<br /><br />yes..408 = 12...but that is only half of it..remember to subtract the 12 from 999(27) so what you will be looking for is all combos that total 15<br /><br />177...168,,159..069..etc..etc..etc..<br /><br />see the balance is 000=999 they are opposites<br /><br />001=998 see 1+26=27<br /><br />002=997 see 2+25=27<br /><br />003=996 see 3+24=27<br /><br />find one combo in the past or close by...say wednesday in your state the winning number was 289<br /><br />289=19...EVERYTHING MUST BALANCE TO</p>]]></description>
