			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another quick way to get the balance sum of a sum is by this equation.<br /><br />(27 - SUM) = Balance SUM<br /><br />(27 - 15) = 12<br /><br />27 is always the known constant.<br /><br />JadeLottery could probably make this more mathematically correct than I have here, but that&#x27;s the way I understand it.</p>]]></description>

The sum string are sometimes longer or shorter depending on the sum to balance.<br /><br />With this find the sum for the last number drawn. Example:<br /><br />366 was drawn last night in TN. Sum of 15 right...
