			<description><![CDATA[<p>Illinois has a Replay for Riches promotion going, and this time around you can log your losing tickets in online.<br /><br />Pick 3, 4, 5, and 6 and MM and certain scratchers are eligible.<br /><br />When you go to the page to log your tickets in, if you select pick 3 or pick 4, the default setting for the ticket amount is $.50<br /><br />The question is, is the average Pick 3 and 4 ticket sale 50 cents?<br /><br />Just curious.</p>]]></description>
