I only spend about $20-$40 tops a month on the lottery, and I divide it up between Match 6, Powerball, Mix and Match, and Big-4. I play the Big4- tops about 4 times a week 4 tickets. But like I said I quit buying them for awhile. I noticed that when I play more and spend more money, I get less wins.

The secret is to just play once in awhile and what you can afford. I never get more than 2-3 Big-4 tickets at a time, and both times I won they were only one ticket! So that makes it much swe... [ More ]

** never mind I just found your other posts about winning and answered my own question - congrats on the st8 hits on the 4 way!!! Once a year would be nice wouldn't it.. you seem to be on track for that

You got that right, I am glad to hit it TWICE in 2 years now, and I know people who have played their whole lives and and buy a bunch of tickets every day and still have not done it. Both times I hit were my own randomly thought up numbers and oly one ticket

Another example is in Pick 3 but not the Pick 4.

I know for sure 453 Will hit straight because it hasnt hit straight since 2004 and it's been over 1,000 days since that # hit straight, but the only problem is that I dont know What day it will come so the only Solution is to play it $ 10 Straight or more each night.If I knew the Exact night it would hit i'd Play $500 Straight on seperate tickets

I usually play a lot of #'s at the store and lots of ppl were behind me in line last night.To speed things up I played everything in Pick - 4, .50 cents Boxed(like I usually do , because I rarely play Pick - 4 #'s straight except for a few favorites which I listed below( my D.O.B. 5/26), and everything in Pick 3 for 50/50.Also played 125 $1.00 combo last night,but Did not play my Pick 4 #'s for .50 straight, and it proved to be a costly move!In fact I rarely play ANY Pick 4 #'s straight because... Can't believe you can hold it together man...I'm used to that crap happening on the play3 I actually expect it.A play 4 miss str8 would involve the computer going airborne and sheetrock being ripped down.Thus is why the few times i play play4,I box it

Just my luck.

I played 9127 .50 cents Box, never played it straight and after Watching the Live TV drawing I saw it come straight. If I had only played it 50 / 50 instead I would have been a few thousand dollars richer! My Win - 4 Ticket for tonight says 9127 but the wager type says Box . I should have played straight because I even have it listed in my own daily Predictions (sig) for Multiple states! Hopefully someone else in NY caught it straight!
