			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Tx all jackpot games, ie; 2 Step, Lotto, Cash 5 are $1 for each play. MM is $1 plus $1 for megaplier if a player wants it.<br /><br />I believe there are some states that have 2 plays for $1, but you have to play $1. Not sure what those states are.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes for the most part unless they include an extra feature like a multiplier if you win. Ohio replaced their Super Lotto Plus (6/49+1) with the Lot&#x27;O Play (5/100) game which had a $2 ticket but after a year it was replaced by Classic Lotto (6/49) which cost $1. Some states still have the 2play for $1 jackpot games. $2 tickets seem to be more attractive as a scratch-off game.</p>]]></description>
