It's a heck lot more convenient for me living here in the frozen Northeast. Although I've had a couple of small hits, I haven't requested to withdraw any funds. But, I wonder, if I did hit it big, $9000 for a str8 4 number hit, would I have difficulty collecting or would I actually get paid? Considering they are not USA based (I think) there would be no legal recourse. Anyone have any experience.
