Keep in mind there are few absolutes here because the forum is world wide.

For most lottery players, they can purchase tickets within minutes of the draw though that may be 15 to 60 minutes depending on the lottery.

I can imagine there may still be a lottery in some poor country that distributes pre-numbered tickets that have stubs to be transported to a drum for a hand drawing 24 hours later.

U can't buy a lottery ticket on the same day? is that true or false?

The lottery machines are awfully fast. maybe by kiloseconds.

right numbers maybe wrong on the day of? sounds weird.
