			<description><![CDATA[<p>What state is this lottery game in? I am guessing, since it says Fantasy 5, it may be in Georgia or Florida? Is it one of those games where the top jackpot is split among all the winners? If so, I wouldn&#x27;t see a need to buy more then one ticket. And since the it looks like both tickets came from the same place, it also looks like the jackpot was split among the two winning tickets. Of course, I might be reading it wrong.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If there had been only one winning ticket would the payout be twice as much as that?<br /><br />If yes, then why would anybody buy the same numbers 2 times?<br /><br />If the pay-out is always that much no matter how many tickets win then that is a good reason.<br /><br />Otherwise, maybe the clerk put the slip 2 times into the lottery terminal and kept 1 of them or sold it to somebody or the person who made the numbers kept both tickets.</p>]]></description>
