			<description><![CDATA[<p>I hope more states enter these two games adding more sales into higher jackpots, but the jackpots are being won fairly soon in PB without going over 200m even with those higher odds. I mean there were just five 2nd prize winners, and one of those had the correct powerball for the jackpot and the roll is done already. I think they need more drawing nights and maybe a third game between multi-state members just to keep more interest.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I know this subject has been talked about here before, but this morning when I bought my lottery tickets I mentioned the Powerball being won and the clerk said that he doesn&#x27;t know exactly when but Powerball will be sold in New York along with Megamillions. Must say I&#x27;m looking forward to the day it happens.</p>]]></description>
