You may be surprised, but most states do a pre-test and some do a post-test as well (or so I have heard). What helps is that unless something is found to be out of the ordinary the test remains at a constant. In other words, even though they do the pre-test every day. It will always be the same amount of test runs. So, in my opinion, it really doesn't change anything. I know that some states run a 4 drawing pre-test. Yeah, California only has $1 bets. Sometimes the parimutuel thingy gives a better payout tho. One can pay $1 for a str/bx ticket. The reason I think it's a hard state is because not only is it computer drawing, I think they may run a test draw before each draw. Don't know if it's true, I heard that. Hey, there's another thing I could phone and ask them. Wonder if I will feel this time I get a str8 answer? LOL

Out of all of CA only 22 people had it straight?

Then again, it being a parimutuel payout, I could see it not being a popular game.

Are those figures based on .50 or $1 bets?

$649 would be a good haul for a dollar (.50/.50) bet, but there would be no guarantee the next one would pay near that much.

I don't think I would care for that game.

But it would beat having nothing at all.

Congratulations on California Str8!!! Too bad I was afk, had a flat tire, my dry cleaning needed picking up, my cat had a hairball, etc., etc. Perhaps I should wake up and smell the coffee, pull my head out of the sand, get a clue, etc., etc.

22 ppl had it str8 and it paid $493, 63 ppl had it boxed for $156.

With all the doubles, I believe MI is setting up for a triple. They have to be. I believe PA is too.

In my 3rd post back I said the sets didn't fit together well and it was a tough week to post. To be on the lookout for triples to show soon.

Since that post I believe there has been 9 or so triples nation wide and I don't believe they are done yet.

Your luck sounds like it has been running like mine (although, I did hit today, but it's been awhile).

I still believe that comparing different lists is by far the best way to get a nice hit now and then.

It sounds like you are doing everything right. It is just a matter of having good timing.
