			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve been waiting three years for them to correct this unlawful act. My Congressman Robert Wexler was against it from the start. Where is my freedom to spend my own money as I see fit? Supposed to be a free country, right? And what assurance do we have online lottery will be legal if the law is changed? Will the states ever agree to any form of online lotto? I doubt it. They don&#x27;t want to compete with better games in another state or 90% payouts online. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s why, when the law was passed, I could not bet on line any more. My bank and all 3 credit unions that I belong to refuse to send money to or receive money from the third party companies that the on line betting places use. Paypal also refuses.<br /><br />We just need to wait and see if the law is changed.</p>]]></description>
