			<description><![CDATA[<p>there is finally hope if you live in west tennessee like i do because once arkansas gets a lottery there are going to be plenty of players that will go there.last numbers ticket i bought i won a few thousand on pick 4 in tennessee back in february of 2007.a couple months later i was going to buy tickets so i clicked on lottery post to check in and saw where TN went computerized.i have also bought scratch offs and won nothing.</p>]]></description>
