I can't find that game anywhere, the only such games that I see are:

Quiniela Pale and Loteria Nacional.

Anyhow a 00 to 99 game that has combinations such as on the pick 3 and pick 4 games:

100 x 100 x 100 = 1, 000, 000 straight combinations, digits-wise (583726) instead of 58 37 26, a daily kind of pick 6 game.

If the pick 3 is Tercero and the pick 4 is Cuarto and the daily pick 5 is Quinto then this pick 6 is Sexto .

Pick 3 = 1 000, Pick 4 = 10 000, Pick 5 = 100 000, Pick 6 = 1... [ More ]

This looks like an interesting game, Super Pale, 2 pairs from 00 to 99 per each pair, kind of like the pick 4, but the pick 4 straight pays 5, 000 to 1.

Predicting Target numbers instead of all the numbers can reduce a lot the amount of numbers predicted and played.

But a game must produce enough Target numbers such as your game does.

Compare your game with the Tx game, when a game is fixed, it really is:

4 Target numbers out of 20 draws, there should be no fewer than 7 and more like 8 to 10.

It should be almost impossible to have so few target numbers in a game.

As you see, your game is much more as a game should be by random chance.

I just took a look at the last 50 past draws of your pega 3 game, I didn't do no deep study of the draws, I just took a very quick look at them, the numbers of target numbers among the draws is high enough overall, I didn't look at other patterns so I don't know how they look on other things.

If other patterns are also more or less favorable often enough it might be a good game to try to predict for.

There might be no good manual for it, the program has a help file, but it might be very limited, I don't know, there are 2 forums in which there is some info, they might have the most information.

Why don't we both try to learn it?

but my time is limited so little by little, I will install it and take a look at it beginning maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, but the learning will go slowly, I will let you know, we wil go 1 step at a time.

How to play it? Not exactly in the same way as the regular pick 3, but in a very similar way.

You still keep track of digits, pairs, whole numbers and stats of the VTrac numbers.

Learn about prediction of VTrac numbers, study the histories and the numbers and develop a prediction system.

5x5x5= 125 straight combinations per each line, so the odds per each line are 1/125.

Each line is a separate game by itself, the past numbers per each line are its history, 8 lines are 8 games and you need 8 histories, record the winning numbers per line.

You want to predict VTrac numbers, but no convertion back and forth from regular pick 3 numbers.

When you pick 3 numbers, do they have to be straight for a win or can you win if you pick them boxed?

Normal Pick-3 is ten digits, the straight odds are 10x10x10=1000

Your Pick-9 is 5x5x5x5x5x5x5x5x5=1,953,125

On the other hand it could be viewed as getting your Pick-3 straight three times in a row. 5x5x5=125 x 125 x 125 = 1,953,125

So your odds are roughly 1 in 2 million.

Are there any lower tier prizes for 3 numbers or more and less than 9?
