You are right and this is why I've always said from day one that when I was playing state, I'd have to wait for the draws to form up for an easy win. When this happened, I produced the same thing I did today with no problem. The draw back was that it was very tedious getting all of tickets ready and making sure I had all my numbers logged in.

I believe most people are getting it wrong. A true system will let you know when not to play. Remember patience is a VIRTUE! My system will usually let me know when the odds are against the numbers I think I should play. Rather I play about 15-20 draws out of every month. This helps me tremendously because when I win I usually win big.

That particular list would've costed ($375) because it was for str8 only. This means that a box hit wouldn't cut it in terms of profit or recovery. The ($500) str8 hit produced $125 in profit. It get's tougher when you start to cut numbers down too far when looking for the str8, okay. Not at all impossible but, you need more luck and cooperation with the draw...at least for me.

I don't really play pick 3, but on occasion, get a ticket or two, (mabey once or twice a month.)

The str8 hit has prevailed with 2-2-6 on order. This is the type of draw I'd have to wait for if playing state as it did form up perfectly. The idea here is to force the numbers to do exactly the same thing over again for a predetermined set of parameters. This would've yielded $125 in GA on a $1.00 wager and $525 online.

I just got done reading most of the threads about you. Boy did you get

beat up. I agree with you. The more numbers you play, the easier it is

to win. I guess most people didn't know you were playing offshore. I was

You need not be a number guru to know that more numbers decreases losing odds but, you must also play the right numbers produce the win. Not sure if you grind str8, boxed, or pairs but I'll post something shortly for GA so you can sift through for hits. It will be in the (400) or less range which would still produce profit on a str8...$50 on .50 and $100 on $1.00.

Be very careful about saying how many numbers you play to get your wins. I've been doing this and I got beat upside, downside, and across my head for even mentioning anything over (10). In fact, someone in this very thread who just asked you asked you about if you really play a little under (400) said that it was a no go when I did the exact same thing.

I'm always working on a system that will give me a hit just for my state. Right now I'm on to something. I back test everything for weeks. Yeah, I have box hits and pairs galore but I always play for the str8 which costs more. Thus, the box and pair hits will not cover the losses here and it's the draw back of playing str8...miss one number and you're done. I like it, though, because it's where the money is. Yep, I filtered it smooth out...and not on purpose either. Pairs, boxed, and you name it...it's there. The str8 is very finicky as I've learned. Your idea might work for you and your friends because you are playing off shore. Here in the states to bet 400 to 600 dollars on a bunch of numbers is stupid since the payout in most states in the US is only 500 bucks on a one dollar straight bet, Some states have a paramutual payout if so many people have the number they have to split the proceeds of the game.

From what I can see in all my tests, the numerical scale is very important when it comes to tracking. An effective range must be applied to the numbers set in order to cover average activities of the draw. In all reality, this works best when focusing on one state and becoming familiar with that state's draws. This is the basis of my new system and I'll only be playing the great state of Texas which I'm currently tracking.

Pick 4 is only Pick 3 with more soldiers to battle so whatever you're doing with Pick 3 will apply to Pick 4. Profit is the name of the game and it can come in two ways. The method I'm currently using requires many combinations to maintain consistency for a low, consistent profit. It works very well but, I'm re-tuning the system to work within much smaller parameters (numbers) while still maintaining reasonable consistency.

After doing some R D for the past couple of days, I am now bowing down, somewhat, to the idea of playing less numbers for an even greater profit. What I've been doing definitely works but, a careful balance of playing ideal draws at minimum plays is the new strategy at hand. Hmmmm, I'm not really sure what this advance of $3.00 business is, Jeff, so you'll have to elaborate a little more on it. Practice does make perfect and it also makes you more comfortable with what you're doing in terms of play style. I'm a str8 player which means I have absolutely NO ROOM FOR ERROR and if I do miss my mark, then I get absolutely nothing...all or nothing. Hi Jeff. I'll try and answer this the best I can. When you're dealing with Pick3, you want to develop a system strictly for profit unless you're just in it for kicks every now and then. Recognition is a direct product of success and profit is the result of them both. Bragging rights mean nothing if you can't be consistent with what you do because it's pure luck when you can't. I forgot to add one more tidbit of information which applies to most anything you can think. You typically get out of something as much as you put into it be it time, money, or a combination of both. Some may say it's crazy to go to multiple retailers to play all the tickets required to win. It's an investment of your time as well as your money to make more money, people. Thanks for the piggy back on this post and he was just being very honest because he doesn't understand the art of eclipsing the preset odds of Pick3 @ 1 in 1000. Turn this around with playing in the neighborhood of 3/4 of the total numbers with a duplicating system and you produce winners. It's really not rocket science at all.

There is no luck involved when the payoff odds are the same as the odds for or against something happening. By playing 600 numbers, the odds of Match winning are 3/2 in Match's favor and by playing online and getting $900 to $1, the payoff odds are 2/3. It's similar to the free odds bet in Casino Craps. It breaks down to 600 ways to win against 400 ways to lose and Match is actually laying odds by betting $150 to win $75.

Hi Jeff. With this play style, you're not actually gaining the $225.00, you're simply winning the total payout for the .25 cent play. The buy in is $150.00 at an absolute minimum for safety and works really well with a developed system which generates $75.00 in profit. In my own personal back tests, which is based on a minimum of (10) drawings per state, I find it only necessary to match only one number for consistent wins. This is providing that ample combinations have also been played. I'm sure this sounds unreasonable and even foolish but, it's the absolute truth. It's amazing what you find when really observing these numbers...

Okay, I see what you and 'Hawk are gettin' at. It makes sense business wise for any state lottery sanction to implement such a rule at these findings. Now, I can further demonstrate the benefit of playing more numbers for less but, more consistent profit. Win/loss ratio is based on all the categories, as far as I know, the payout for boxed/paired wins is much higher than that of str8 wins in terms of payout. Agree?

While that's a lot of tickets, it's still only a drop in the bucket when considering the the amount of numbers, and, the immense number of combinations involved with that game. Are you saying she bought 5,000 MM tickets and didn't even match the bonus number? The overall odds of matching something that pays are 1:39.8 so one could at least expect to have 125 winning tickets of smaller prizes even just buying QPs.

My point is that doing that is almost as hard as winning the jackpot. I doubt if anyone else could come up with 5,000 MM combinations and not have even a $2 winner or more among them.
