Bad streak or has NY pulled a fast one due to it's fiscal woes?....Think about it....If they put one less $10.00 winner in a book {a book of 50 has 12-13 winners in it....I know because i have bought whole books a few times} look how much they would save considering the probably hundreds of thousands of books out there....I don't trust them...They'll look for a nickel anywhere they can

I've been buying scratch off tickets for years and have won my fair share of prizes, but lately it seems that I've been hitting a very hard dry spell!

I've never scratched at the store - always bought the tickets and waited until I got home. If I didn't win, I'd go back and buy 2 or 3 more and always won something, even if I didn't break even.
