			<description><![CDATA[<p>For the pick4 game<br /><br />I got a lot of pm from people asking me how does the icebox work. for those who dont know what the icebox is, check this post: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/197998<br /><br />The setup is very simple.<br /><br />1. Check the last 30 days or 15 day history of your game.<br /><br />2. Count how many times a digit has hit on each position.<br /><br />3. Take the 4 coldest digits fromeach position and put them together.<br /><br />EX:<br /><br />position 1: 1 2 3 4<br /><br />po.........2: 1 2 3 4<br /><br />po.........3: 1 2 3 4</p>]]></description>
